As the leaves begin to fall, autumn reminds us of nature’s beautiful cycle of release. Governed by the Metal element, this season teaches us the art of letting go, creating space for renewal, and embracing change with grace.
This 2-hour Yin Yoga practice is designed to align your body and energy with the rhythms of autumn. Through long-held postures, we will stimulate the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, supporting the natural process of emotional and physical detoxification.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) teaches that autumn is a time to refine, to shed what no longer serves us, and to reconnect with what is truly essential. Through stillness and mindful breath, we will create a space for inner clarity and deep surrender.
What to expect:
✓ Yin postures that enhance breath, openness, and emotional release
✓ Mindful breathing techniques to deepen your exhalation and clear stagnant energy
✓ Journaling and contemplation on letting go and embracing transformation
✓ A feeling of lightness, renewal, and spaciousness within
Like the trees surrendering their leaves to the wind, this practice invites you to soften, trust, and flow with the changing tides of life.
What to bring:
✓ A notebook and pencil

Winter is the season of deep stillness, a sacred time of rest, reflection, and renewal. Governed by the Water element, it invites us to slow down, conserve energy, and turn inward to reconnect with our inner wisdom.
This 2-hour Yin Yoga practice is a cocoon of deep restoration. Through meditative postures, we will stimulate the Kidney and Bladder meridians, supporting the body’s vital energy reserves and cultivating a sense of inner peace.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), winter is a time to embrace the Yin qualities of softness, receptivity, and introspection. This practice encourages you to listen deeply, honor your need for rest, and move with the natural rhythm of the season.
What to expect:
✓ Restorative Yin postures to nurture your body and soothe your nervous system
✓ Gentle breathwork to enhance stillness and clarity
✓ A guided meditation for self-inquiry and inner listening
✓ A deep sense of calm, presence, and replenishment
Like the quiet of a winter landscape, this practice offers a space to retreat, recharge, and reconnect with the wisdom of your own being.
What to bring:
✓ A notebook and pencil
