As the leaves begin to fall, autumn reminds us of nature’s beautiful cycle of release. Governed by the Metal element, this season teaches us the art of letting go, creating space for renewal, and embracing change with grace.

This 2-hour Yin Yoga practice is designed to align your body and energy with the rhythms of autumn. Through long-held postures, we will stimulate the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, supporting the natural process of emotional and physical detoxification.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) teaches that autumn is a time to refine, to shed what no longer serves us, and to reconnect with what is truly essential. Through stillness and mindful breath, we will create a space for inner clarity and deep surrender.

What to expect:
