This 2-hour Yin Yoga practice is a cocoon of deep restoration. Through meditative postures, we will stimulate the Kidney and Bladder meridians, supporting the body’s vital energy reserves and cultivating a sense of inner peace.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), winter is a time to embrace the Yin qualities of softness, receptivity, and introspection. This practice encourages you to listen deeply, honor your need for rest, and move with the natural rhythm of the season.
